Tressa has been teaching in Sonoma County for over 35 years.  As a 4th generation local, she grew up in the rich horse community that this area has always been well known for, so it is with pride and dedication she passes on the knowledge she has acquired through the years. Her passion is the horse and educating people on how to understand their relationship with them through the principles of classical riding and horsemanship. There's opportunity to have Tressa travel locally to your barn or you can make arrangement to haul into her private farm.  She is happy to accommodate single or group lessons.

Lunge Lessons

Lunge lessons are the cornerstone of good equitation and to improve one's seat in the saddle is to have a better awareness of the finer points of riding and how to be more just to your horse.

Quadrille

Quadrille riding is riding in a group and in formation. Meaning you learn to maneuver the arena on your horses in unison while coordinating figures and movements, it is both challenging and fun for both riders and their mounts.
